BLS Fee Structure

Payment Methods

BLS International in Pakistan accepts the following payment methods at their centres:

Cash (PKR): The most common payment method. Ensure you have the exact amount as change availability can be limited during busy periods. All fees — BLS service fee, visa fee, SMS, and courier — are payable in a single transaction.

Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit cards are accepted. Contactless payments may not be supported at all counters, so carry your PIN.

Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. Amex is not universally supported. Some centres may impose a surcharge on credit card transactions — confirm before paying.

Online pre-payment is not currently available. All fees must be settled at the centre during your appointment. Planning your payment method in advance prevents last-minute complications at the counter.

Fee Refund Policy

BLS service fees are non-refundable once your appointment has been attended and documents submitted. If you cancel your appointment before the scheduled date, a partial refund of the BLS service fee may be available — typically 50% of the standard fee. Premium Lounge fees follow the same cancellation policy.

The Schengen visa fee is non-refundable regardless of the application outcome. If your visa is refused, you do not receive the EUR 90 back. This is an embassy policy, not a BLS policy. Similarly, SMS and courier fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated.

To request a partial refund for a cancelled appointment, contact BLS support at least 72 hours before your scheduled slot. Refund processing takes 10 to 15 business days and is credited to the original payment method.
